Play great golf at Glyn Abbey Golf & Country Club, Carmarthenshire. One of Wales best kept secrets.

Glyn Abbey is situated on the southern slope of the picturesque Gwendraeth Valley and was designed by leading course architects Hawtree & Son. The surroundings are heavily wooded and there is an abundance of bird life. Over 35,000 new trees were planted during the construction, and with all eighteen greens built to USGA standard, the foundation for a superb parkland was established early in the design. There are many excellent golf holes, but the par four 7th is in many people's opinion the most attractive on the course. A good drive still leaves a long second onto a green guarded by a phalanx of bunkers with a backdrop of mature trees.
