The only links golf course in Suffolk and one of only 246 true links courses in the World. We are a members' golf club set on the Suffolk coast with over 130 years of golf behind us.
Formed in 1880, Felixstowe Ferry is the fifth oldest Golf Club in England and is the only true links course in Suffolk. The 6379 yard, par 72 Martello Course closely follows the shoreline and offers spectacular views over the Suffolk Coast and Deben Estuary.
Gently undulating fairways and testing borrows on the greens provide golfers of all abilities with an exciting and enjoyable challenge, which is often enhanced by a capricious seaside breeze. Golfers must have an official handicap to play the Martello.
This course can reward or punish the bold, but not often in equal measure. Our bar and catering staff ensure that every visitor enjoys a warm welcome at the club and self catering accommodation is available for those who wish to extend their stay in Felixstowe.
