Golf season has certainly begun at Woodlake Park Golf & Country Club in Monmouthshire, Wales

What a joy to feel like Spring golf is on the cards!!! Hardworking greens staff are finally getting a chance to cut fairways & get things back into shape.

Plan your next game now with Open Fairways!!!

Set in 140 acres in one of the most beautiful areas of Gwent, Woodlake Park overlooks the spectacular Llandegfedd reservoir, the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and the Vale of Usk. The championship course has a par of 71 and standard scratch of 72. Opened in 1993, it has matured quickly and the quality of both the fairways and greens makes this one of the finest inland golf courses in Wales. The greens, including the practice greens, were all constructed to U.S.G.A. specifications and are truly one of the major assets of the layout. The Clubhouse has two large balconies overlooking the 18th green and provides an outstanding view of the reservoir to the south west. The Spike Bar has direct access to the lower terrace and the practice putting green.
