The course, first laid out in 1933 by world renowned golf course Architect Harry S. Colt provides its guests with an honest test of their golfing prowess. With its mature tree lined fairways, strategically placed bunkers and exceptional quality greens it is a "must play" for visitors to the area. The course which offers a fair challenge to every golfer, is a 5912 yard par 69 laid out in the policies of the historic Newbattle Abbey and along the North and South ridges of the River Esk.
