Located in the beautiful valley of Monterosi, inside an immaculate nature, Terre dei Consoli offers players the possibility to test themselves on a unique course with 27 holes, an 18 hole Championship Course and a 9 hole Family Course, also available for younger players.

Terre dei Consoli lies on a surface of over 160 hectars inside a beautiful natural valley, circa 30 kilometers north of Rome. The residential park is located in the middle of a “lakes system”. Nearby you can enjoy the beautiful volcanic lakes of Monterosi, Martignano and Vico in their glorious nature. In 5 minutes you can reach the famous Bracciano Lake, where you’ll find plenty of medieval villages and the magnificent “Odescalchi Castle of Bracciano” . Apartments

The apartments can host a maximum of 4 persons. They include a living area with fireplace, kitchen, one master bedroom, one double bedroom, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi).

The apartments on floor level have a patio and a private garden while those on the first floor have spacious terraces overlooking the countryside. Each unit has its own private garage.

Villas

Villas can host a maximum of 7 persons. They are arranged on three floors, composed of living room with fireplace, kitchen, two master bedrooms, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with queen bed, 4 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), a service area with laundry room, a double garage, patio and private garden.
