The golf course offers members, their guests and tourists a unique opportunity to play on two courses designed by world-famous architects.
Founded in 1971 by the Agnelli family, the club was created with an 18-hole course entirely designed by the famous architect Robert Trent Jones Senior and inaugurated in the same year.
The course is characterised by a decidedly innovative use of bunkers as well as a layout of greens and water hazards that stimulates a more careful game strategy.
Even today, the Allianz Course is regularly ranked among the top 50 golf courses on the continent and is known for having hosted numerous great tournaments including four Italian Open and two European Amateur Team Championships.
