Coventry Hearsall Golf Club, situated in the heart of the Midlands, is a great club with a great history. Not very many clubs can boast visits from Open Champions (Walter Hagen in 1933) and assistant professionals being selected for the Ryder Cup (Ralph Moffitt in 1961) but Coventry Hearsall certainly can.
This beautiful Midlands course features contoured fairways, well manicured greens and a number of memorable holes. The 13th is a particular favourite - a tree-lined hole which can be driven by the longer hitters. Generally it is played with an iron to the bottom of the slope and a short iron to a green which rises sharply from the front to the middle where it flattens out.
